My UPS is beeping or not switching to battery. What should I do?
Turn off non-essential load and check that the mains input is present. A continuous beep usually means an overload or a weak battery. If it continues, call us with the UPS model and we will guide you or arrange a visit.
How do I know when my battery needs replacement?
Shorter backup time than before, slow charging, swelling or heating are common signs. We can test your batteries and tell you whether they need replacement.
Do you repair UPS brands other than the ones you sell?
Yes, we service major UPS brands. Share the make and model with us on call or WhatsApp to confirm.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. An AMC includes scheduled inspection and servicing so problems are caught early. Contact us for a plan that fits your setup.
